Taking Care of My Health is in My Hands

Health and Beauty
When it comes to your health, listen to your mind and not your heart. Your health determines your mental frame of mind and in my endeavor to remain happy I always try to remain as healthy as possible. Having crossed the half-century age of 50 years, one cannot really expect to compete with a youth of 25 years. Nevertheless, one can still do one’s bit to ensure good health even at 50+. So by eating right and exercising regularly, I manage to keep myself active. Reading books, surfing the Internet and watching television are restricted to a matter of few hours. Laughing and talking with my near and dear one make my tensions vanish away. A few aches in my bones and rumblings in the stomach do occur occasionally, and this happens more so, if I happen to indulge in rich and heavy food.
I looked at cheap hot tubs and other spa-related equipment to install in my house to help me unwind after a hard day's work - and that really helped me get a good night's sleep.
Drinking anything chilled of course does result in a mild soreness of the throat, but a few lukewarm-water gargles help to wash this away. Other than these minor issues, I would put my health to be as healthy as any 50-year old could possibly be.
